SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER TRACE
Our comprehensive search traces the applicant's Social Security number through over 400 data sources, including national credit bureaus. This essential tool is crucial for identifying any additional names, aliases, or addresses that the applicant may have used but did not disclose during the application process. When combined with a criminal history check, the Social Security trace ensures thorough coverage of all known names and jurisdictions.
Additionally, the trace verifies the year and state of issuance by the Social Security Administration, aiding in the detection of potentially fraudulent numbers.
ADVERSE ACTION LETTER FULFILLMENT
Simplify the process of notifying your applicants with our service that mails adverse action notices and required documents on your specified schedule. Clients using the adverse action fulfillment service will be billed an annual compliance fee of $99.00, in addition to the per-letter fulfillment cost.

CIVIL RECORD SEARCHES
Civil records encompass a range of public records related to civil registry entries, family matters, and non-criminal civil offenses. Due to the diverse nature of the information they contain, these records vary widely. 'Civil' refers to matters concerning citizens, resulting in a broad spectrum of record types.
Pricing is based on a per-name, per-jurisdiction search and may vary across jurisdictions. In fewer than 10 percent of counties, court-imposed fees apply to all record orders, billed separately from retrieval costs. Contact us for a detailed list of counties with additional fees.
